And the sad thing is is that I am normally called to fix these careless mistakes a few years down the line when the original contractors are no where to be found. Over and over again. But hopefully this blog will make the consumer more aware of this problem. But I normally only deal in bigger projects involving steal. I have some websites if you are interested.
